About this event

This presentation delves into the complex issues of both bullying and suicidal ideation in teens. This session will highlight emotional literacy, stigma reduction, personal impact, and fostering open communication. The focus is to recognize the different types of bullying, identify signs and symptoms of mental health concern in teens, foster resilience, and learn effective ways to communicate about tough topics. The session will also explore available resources for families to seek help proactively and feel supported within their community.
